Review by hotel critic
Greetings from London! I am Mark Anderson, an outdoor enthusiast who cherishes convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi, a car park, and ski storage. the Cristallo Arosa Hotel exceeded my expectations by providing all these features seamlessly. the friendly staff allowed us to store our luggage early on check-in day, enabling us to hit the slopes without delay. Their flexibility in accommodating our room request showcased their exceptional service. The hotel's prime location within walking distance to the ski lifts was a major plus, allowing us to maximize our time on the mountains. the nearby breakfast restaurant recommended by the staff was a delightful culinary experience. And let's not forget the picturesque mountain views from the lounge area, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of activities.
